MARUTINANDAN LIFESPACES LLP

We've been working out of this small room in Shahdara for a bit now. It's up on the first floor in Vishwas Nagar, right in Siddarth Gali No.10. Marutinandan Lifespaces LLP is just us trying to get things done in the local building scene. It’s not a fancy office, but we’re here most days. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone or handle paperwork. Being in East Delhi means we see a lot of traffic and the neighborhood is always busy. We focus on the day-to-day tasks of running the business. Some days are slower than others. We handle the usual stuff that comes with property and space management. It’s mostly just making sure the documents are right and the sites are moving along. People know where to find us if they need to drop off a check or ask about a project. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us in this room. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. We've got our desks set up and we keep track of everything on old computers. It works for us. Living and working in Shahdara has its own rhythm. We just try to keep things simple and honest. If there's a problem, we fix it. That's pretty much how we run things here at the office in Siddarth Gali. It's home.
