Lodha Co is located at 116 New Rajdhani Enclave. Being here in Delhi means there’s never a dull moment. The office is basically a few rooms filled with cabinets and desks. We aren't the type of place that has a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just see one of us sorting through papers or talking on the phone. We’ve been at this address for several years, and we’ve gotten to know the other folks in the enclave pretty well. It’s a convenient location for us. We handle a lot of the routine stuff that businesses and individuals need to keep their affairs in order. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, ordering in food from the place down the street. We try to keep our records organized, though on busy days the desks can get a bit buried. People like that they can just call and speak to a real person without going through a bunch of menus. We value that kind of directness. Living and working in Delhi 110092 has its challenges, like the parking situation, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We just focus on being reliable and getting the details right. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We just want to do right by the people who come to us.
