LAVIKA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re over in Pandav Nagar, right on the third floor of building C-65. It’s a bit of a climb if the power is out, but it’s our home base. Lavika Projects Private Limited is a small outfit. We focus on various projects around East Delhi, mostly things that need a lot of hands-on attention. The neighborhood here is pretty crowded, and the 110092 area is always buzzing with something. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and site notes everywhere. We aren't corporate types. You’ll usually find us in jeans, drinking tea and trying to figure out the best way to get a job done. It’s not always easy. We deal with a lot of different contractors and sometimes it’s like herding cats. But we’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve gotten used to the chaos. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the projects we start and make sure they’re done right. People in the area know us as the guys on the third floor who are always busy. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve done before. It’s an honest way to make a living. The days are long and the traffic in Pandav Nagar can be a nightmare, but we’re happy with how things are going so far.
