Kweda Developer Limited is based over in Shakarpur, specifically at Daya Nand Block. Our office is H No-1/446/2 on Daya Nand Marg. East Delhi is always crowded, and this street is no exception. We are right in the thick of it with shops and houses all around us. The office is basically part of the house, which is common in this part of town. We work on developing different properties, and that keeps us pretty busy from morning until late evening. The traffic on Daya Nand Marg can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, but we are used to the honking and the noise by now. Inside, we have our computers and all the property records we need to keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who want to know more about the local developments. It is a lot of hands-on work, and we don't have a team of secretaries or anything like that. We do most of the heavy lifting ourselves, whether it is visiting a site or dealing with the local municipal office. It is a simple setup here, nothing too fancy to look at. We just want to get the jobs done and move on to the next one. Most of the people around here know us, and we like being part of the Shakarpur community. It feels like home to us, and the work keeps going.
