If you head over to Mayur Vihar Phase I in East Delhi, you'll find us at the LIG Vasant CGHS. Kottayil Developers Private Limited is located at number 77 within that housing society. It’s one of those older, established neighborhoods where the trees have grown tall over the years. Our office is basically a converted space within the residential complex. It’s not a fancy commercial plaza, just a spot in the colony where we can keep our files and do our work. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the corridors are what you’d expect from a standard Delhi housing society. We like being here because it’s familiar. Most of our day is spent at our desks, talking to people on the phone or sorting through various project details. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of papers, but we manage. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—kids coming home from school or people heading to the local market nearby. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have any shiny signs or anything, just the name on the door. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do. Every morning we come in, switch on the lights, and get to it. There’s no big mystery to it, just Kottayil Developers working out of a quiet corner in Mayur Vihar. It’s been our home for a while now. We usually close up around six.
