Kalp Construction Private Limited

Kalp Construction Private Limited is based at 4/4 Kh No -558 in the Saket Block of Mandawali Fazalpur. We are on the first floor, which is good because we are slightly away from the dust of the street. Mandawali is a very busy and tightly packed area. The lanes can be quite thin, making it a bit of a challenge when we have to move equipment around. Our office is a simple place with just the essentials. We have some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves managing construction sites and making sure the labor is showing up. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out in the sun. The office is where we come back to do the accounting and planning. It’s not a quiet place because there is always something happening in the street below. We get a lot of local people stopping by to ask about work or just to say hello. We have been in this spot for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The summer heat can be quite tough in this part of Delhi, so we have a couple of fans going all day long. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get through the daily grind. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
