Jsmc Infra is based in Pandav Nagar, specifically at B-100. Being in East Delhi means we’re right in the middle of a lot of growth and constant change. We handle various infrastructure tasks, from basic groundwork to more complex building phases. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet with the foremen. We spend a lot of our energy making sure we have enough workers for the current projects and that the materials aren't being wasted. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days the trucks are late or the rain stops us in our tracks. We just take it as it comes. Pandav Nagar is a tight-knit area, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the other business owners around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi; we just want to do good work that we can stand by. There’s a lot of competition in construction, but we find that being honest about timelines and costs helps us keep our reputation. We usually have tea in the office around four o'clock to talk about what needs to happen the next morning. It’s a simple routine, but it keeps the team on the same page. We’re just local people building stuff for the community.
