Irana Buildcon Private Limited is located at G-6 on the third floor in East Vinod Nagar. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a workout every time we have to go out to a site or come back from lunch. East Vinod Nagar is a crowded part of East Delhi, so it is always lively around here. Our office is just a simple space where we manage our building projects. It is usually just a few of us here, surrounded by files, site photos, and a lot of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and we are right there. The work we do involves a lot of coordination with different teams, so the phone is usually ringing quite a bit. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. Most days are spent tracking progress on various construction jobs or dealing with the city paperwork. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do. The neighborhood has everything we need, from tea stalls to stationery shops, so it is a convenient spot for us. We have been here for a bit now and the local people are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. It is a busy life, and this office is just our home base for all the daily chaos.
