We are over at 66, Shankar Vihar on Vikas Marg, which is where Invert Sugar India Pvt. Ltd. operates from. It is a standard office setup but we deal with a lot of sugar products. Mostly we are making invert sugar syrup for different food companies. If you walk into our space, you will probably see a few samples sitting around and people checking orders on their computers. Vikas Marg is always crowded with traffic, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been doing this for a few years now and have a small team that knows the process inside out. It is not a huge operation but it keeps us on our toes. The sugar gets processed and we make sure the quality is what it should be before it leaves the doors. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we can focus on the liquid sugar. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a delivery is late because of the road conditions outside. We just deal with it as it comes. It is mostly about keeping the batches consistent. We drink a lot of tea here and talk about the day's schedule. It is just a normal place where we work hard to keep the business moving along and stay on top of our daily production goals.
