Our office is located at 21/96 in Kalyanpuri, which is right in the heart of the East Delhi area. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a good while now. We are a construction firm, and our days are usually filled with talk about bricks, steel, and labor schedules. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many project files and blueprints everywhere, but it’s where we do all our thinking. We aren't a big company with layers of management or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know how to get a building project moving. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to update the plans. East Delhi has its own challenges with traffic and narrow streets, so getting materials to our sites takes some serious planning. We don't have a polished corporate image or any fancy brochures. We wear regular clothes and we don't mind getting our hands dirty on the job. It’s a practical business, and we try to be as direct as possible with everyone we work with. We’ve built up some good relationships with local vendors over the years, which helps when things get difficult. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or marketing talk. We just want to do the work properly and make sure the projects we take on are finished as they should be without any fuss. It’s a local operation we’re proud of.
