HIMSHRI INFRA BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

If you are around Shashi Garden in Patparganj, you might have seen our office at C-51-A on the third floor. We are HIMSHRI INFRA BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and we’ve been operating out of this East Delhi spot for a while now. The 110091 area is a lively place to be, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street activity below. It is a walk up the stairs, but we don't mind the exercise. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a few tables pushed together and shelves full of documents. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. We spend our hours talking to contractors and looking over site plans. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work that doesn't really need a lot of big words to explain. We like being in Patparganj because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. We don't use any of those polished mission statements because that’s not how we talk in real life. We just try to get through our tasks and make sure the projects are moving along. It’s a straightforward business and we keep our operations very transparent and plain. Some days are quiet and others are hectic, but that’s just the nature of it. We keep the windows open when the weather allows for some fresh air.
