Himex Infratech Private Limited is located right at the corner near Agarawal Sweet in Kardampuri. Our exact spot is KH No.-368/2 in G No-2. It’s a very easy place to find because everyone knows the sweet shop. We’ve been operating from this corner for a while. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the street food outside, which isn't a bad thing. We do a lot of infratech work, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. It’s not a fancy glass-walled office. It’s more of a practical space with a few desks and a lot of blueprints. We’re just a bunch of regular people who work in the construction and tech side of infrastructure. We don’t have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get the jobs done. Kardampuri is a lively place, and being at the corner means we see a lot of what’s going on. We handle our projects directly and don't outsource much. Most people who come to see us are local contractors or suppliers we’ve known for years. We keep things honest and straightforward. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that does the work right. It’s a simple life and a simple business, just the way we like it. We usually finish our days by grabbing a quick tea and discussing the tomorrow's site visits.
