You can find us at H-2, Vijay Chowk in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a pretty crowded area, so finding a parking spot is always a bit of a headache for us and the people who visit. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We’ve got shelves lining the walls and a couple of desks pushed together in the back. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking by, so there’s never a real quiet moment. We usually keep the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in the street noise. Most days are spent answering the phone and writing down notes on whatever scraps of paper we find. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when a few people show up at once. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a waiting lounge. If you stay long enough, someone might offer you a glass of water from the cooler. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But we’re too busy with the daily tasks to worry about that. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers on the block. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of everything. No one here wears a suit, and we like it that way.
