You can find us at number 11 on the ground floor in Vigyan Vihar. It’s a decent spot for Ghai Infratech Private Limited. We chose the ground floor because it's easier to move equipment in and out without dealing with stairs. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. We mostly focus on infrastructure work around this part of the city. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and making sure materials show up on time. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like when the truck gets stuck or it rains too much, but we deal with it. We’ve been in this business long enough to know that things happen. We aren't the type to wear suits every day. Most of us are in boots and jeans because we're usually headed to a site. The neighbors are nice, and we try not to make too much noise. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us keeping the wheels turning. We do our own accounting and manage our own schedules. It’s simpler that way. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just want to build things that stay standing and don't cause trouble for anyone. That’s what we do every day from this little office in Vigyan Vihar. It keeps us busy.
