We've been operating out of Rishabh Ipex Mall for a while now. It's on the second floor, SF 3B to be exact. Being in I.P. Extension means we see a lot of the local Delhi crowd coming through. Most of our days are spent dealing with construction projects and making sure things get done right on the ground. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we sit down with blueprints and talk to vendors. We started Eris Buildcon Llp because we knew the area and saw how much building was going on around East Delhi. Sometimes the traffic outside the mall is a nightmare, but we're used to it. Our team is small, mostly just folks who know their way around a site. We don't spend much time on social media or making big posters. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past our door after shopping. It gets busy here, especially when multiple projects are running at once. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the messy parts of building. If you're looking for us, just head up to the second floor. We're usually there from morning till late evening, trying to keep things moving. Delhi is a tough place to build anything, but we've figured out how to navigate the local rules and the weather. It's hard work, but it's what we do every day. We aren't here to be famous, just helpful.
