Our place is on the 3rd floor at A2/72-A, Gali No. 5 in East Krishna Nagar. If you know East Delhi, you know these streets can be a bit of a maze, but we like it here. Engage Developers Private Limited is a small operation. We focus on developing residential spots and small commercial buildings. It is not a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent dealing with paperwork, talking to contractors, or standing around on a construction site in the heat. We don't have a big fancy office with a view. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of files. We are local people and most of us have lived in Delhi our whole lives. We understand how things work here, from the narrow lanes to the way the local markets operate. We don't use big words or try to impress people with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. We try to be as honest as possible because that’s how you keep your reputation in a place like Krishna Nagar. We are just trying to build things that people can actually use and live in without any trouble. It’s simple, really. We work hard, go home to our families, and come back the next day to do it again.
