DRAK HOMEBUILD LLP is based in East Shalimar Bagh. You can find us at BN/2 in Block BN. It is a nice area and we have been here for a while now. Our main focus is on building homes for people. It is a job that takes a lot of patience and attention to detail. We do not have a big office with lots of staff. It is just a few of us who have been in the construction game for years. We know how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We do not use any corporate jargon or fancy words. We just talk about bricks, wood, and concrete. Most of our day is spent out on the sites making sure the work is being done correctly. Sometimes things get a bit messy at the office with all the blueprints and samples laying around, but we know where everything is. Shalimar Bagh is a good place to work because we are close to our projects. We do not have a marketing team to tell people how great we are. We just hope that the houses we build speak for themselves. It is hard work and sometimes the deadlines are tight, but we just keep at it. We are just regular people building houses for other regular people. It is as simple as that for us.
