Our office is located at number 6, Bharati Colony in Shakarpur, which is in the East Delhi area. As Dmm Developers Private Limited, we have our base here in this residential colony. It is a bit quieter than the main roads, which we appreciate when we are trying to focus on our development projects. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our maps, plans, and computers. It’s a very straightforward setup. We don’t spend a lot on fancy interiors. We’d rather put that effort into the work we do. Shakarpur is a well-known area and Bharati Colony is a nice spot within it. We have some good neighbors and the atmosphere is quite relaxed compared to the city center. We spend our days going through site reports and managing the various aspects of our developer business. Sometimes the parking in the colony is a bit tight, but we manage to find a spot. We have a small team and we all know what needs to be done. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve been at this address for a while and people in the area know us. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. There’s always plenty of paperwork to get through, but that’s just part of the job. We are happy with our little spot here in East Delhi. It serves its purpose for us and our projects in the 110092 region.
