We are located at House Number 13/419 in Kalyan Puri, over in East Delhi. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a business center. We work from a small space where the walls are covered with sketches of upcoming projects and old calendars. Kalyan Puri is a crowded place, and we’ve been here long enough to know the local layout like the back of our hands. Our work is mostly about building and property stuff, nothing too complicated but it requires a lot of attention. We don't have a marketing department; we just talk to people who stop by the office. Usually, there’s a lot of back and forth about the cost of materials or which contractor is available for a small job. We spend our afternoons out at the different sites, making sure the work is being done right. It’s a lot of standing in the sun and checking on the cement mix. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we aren’t one. We are just a local team trying to do a decent job for the people around here. It gets stressful when deadlines are tight or when the rain stops work, but that’s just how it goes. We take pride in just getting the work done and seeing a project finally finished. The neighbors often drop by for a chat, which is nice too.
