Dhr Developers Llp is situated in Mayur Vihar-I. Our office is at 22-B in Una Enclave. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to some other parts of East Delhi, which is nice when we need to concentrate on our work. We deal with various development projects around the city. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of binders full of regulations and permits. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It’s 110091, so we are pretty easy to find if you know the area. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things properly. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with some deadlines circled in red. We often have lunch at our desks because there is always something to do. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which makes the walk from the car to the office a bit better during the summer. We are just a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes we are doing the accounts, and other times we are out inspecting a foundation. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t use any polished language or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just local developers trying to make a living in a very busy city every day.
