Dev Murti Developers Llp is based out of Shantikunjnai Basti in the Malikpura area. It is a busy little neighborhood where everyone is always moving around. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the lanes sometimes, especially if someone has parked a scooter in a weird spot, but it’s home for us. We’ve been working out of Malikpura for a bit now, and we like that it’s a place where people actually talk to each other. We aren't some big firm from a glass tower in the city; we are right here on the ground with the rest of the community. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of development projects. It involves a lot of talking to neighbors and making sure we aren't getting in anyone's way too much. The office usually has a few stacks of bricks or some wood samples lying around because we are always testing things out. It’s not the tidiest place, but it shows we are actually working. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website because we prefer to let our builds speak for themselves. If you are walking through the basti, you might see us standing outside having a chat with the local shopkeepers. That is just how we do things, and it seems to work well enough for everyone involved.
