COUNTYESTATE DEVELOPERS LLP is located in Preet Vihar, right over in East Delhi. Our office is at F-28 on the first floor. If you’re looking for us, we’re really close to the Sagar Ratna restaurant, which is a big landmark around here. It’s a nice area, always busy with people out and about. We work on developing properties and managing real estate projects. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. One hour we’re at the office checking documents, and the next we’re across town looking at a new site. We don't have a huge corporate team. It’s just a few of us who know the East Delhi market well. We’ve seen Preet Vihar change a lot over the years, and we’ve been part of some of those changes. Our office is pretty casual. We usually have the radio on and a pot of coffee going. We don't believe in formal meetings that last for hours; we’d rather just talk through a plan and get to work. Dealing with land and buildings can be stressful, but we’ve got a good rhythm now. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need help with property stuff. We’re just local developers trying to do a decent job. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the hours and make sure the projects move forward as they should. We enjoy the local atmosphere here and plan to stay for a long time.
