The office is modest, just a room where we can sit down, handle our developers' work, and keep our records straight. It can get quite hot and noisy with the activity on the street below, but it’s a place that keeps us grounded. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants, it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who walk in. There’s a lot of talk about property and building sites throughout the day. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the fans going to stay cool.
