Operating out of Dsidc Shed No. 31 in the Jhilmil Industrial Area means we are right in the middle of a lot of noise and movement. Shahadra is a busy part of town, and this industrial patch is no different. We spend our days surrounded by rolls of material and the sound of cutting machines. It’s a shed, so it’s got that high ceiling and concrete floor feel. When it rains, the sound on the metal roof is so loud we can hardly hear each other talk. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen neighbors come and go, but we just keep doing our thing in Shed 31. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a big shipment of raw materials arrives, and we have to stack things nearly to the ceiling. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, the front door is just open to let some air in while we work. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually end up for a quick break in the afternoon. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a local shop even though we're in a big industrial zone. We don't do much marketing or anything; people usually find us by word of mouth or because they’re looking for someone in this specific block. It’s just us, some machines, and a lot of work to finish before the day ends.
