Baba Infra Developers Llp is situated in Laxmi Nagar, right near Vijay Chowk. Our office is at G 83/201 on the second floor. Laxmi Nagar is always packed with people and traffic, so getting to the office can be a bit of a journey some days. Once you get up to the second floor, though, it’s a bit more peaceful. We handle development work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to contractors. The office isn't huge, but we’ve made it functional for what we need. There’s usually someone here from morning until late evening because the work just doesn't seem to stop. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just have our workstations and a place to make tea. Being near Vijay Chowk is handy because everything we need is just a short walk away. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and have seen it get more crowded every year. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We just focus on getting our projects finished and making sure the documents are all in order. It’s a lot of grind, but it’s what we know how to do. We like being centrally located where the action is and doing the job.
