AYSHAM DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located on the fourth floor of building 40. We are in Gali No-1, which people sometimes call Old No-418. This is in the Mandawali Fazalpur area, specifically near Sarpanch Ka Bara. It's a bit of a climb up to the fourth floor every morning, but it gives us a decent view of the rooftops around here. Mandawali is a very crowded place with narrow lanes, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving a big car. Most of us just use bikes or walk from the main road. As developers, we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the local authorities. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we know. The office is tucked away in this lane, so it’s not something you’d see from the main street easily. We have been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have at hand. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons with the local markets nearby, but that’s just life in East Delhi. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. That’s how we’ve always done things at this Mandawali office. It is a simple place for a simple business.
