Our office is tucked away in Gali No. 3 at Shashi Garden. It is House A 32 on the ground floor, right in the heart of Mayur Vihar Phase I. This part of East Delhi is where we really feel at home. We spend our days dealing with builders and sorting out different development things that come up. It is not the kind of place with shiny floors or fancy lights, just a regular office in Harijan Basti where we get our work done. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with building houses and developing plots for people. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls to contractors, while other days we are out walking through dust and piles of bricks. We have been around this area long enough to know most of the shortcuts and the people who live nearby. We are not trying to be the biggest name in all of Delhi, just a reliable one for the folks who live right here. It is a local operation through and through. The lanes in Shashi Garden can be quite narrow and sometimes finding a place to park a scooter is a nightmare, but we would not want to be anywhere else. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the projects we are involved in actually move forward. It is honest work and it keeps our hands full throughout the year.
