Ashman Buildtech Private Limited is tucked away in Shahdara, over at D-345 on the second floor. We’re near the Anand Vihar side of things. It's a crowded area, but that's just how it is here in Delhi 110092. We deal with building stuff and construction materials mostly. I spent a lot of time learning how this business works from my uncle. We don't have a huge office with glass walls. It's just a regular space where we keep our files and meet people. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day at a site. We spend most of our time out on the field anyway. Shahdara has a lot of energy, and there is always some project or another going on. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or complicated plans. We just look at the site, get the materials ready, and start the work. It’s noisy and dusty, but that’s the reality of construction. We’ve had our fair share of delays because of rain or whatever, but we always try to get back on track. People around here know us as the guys from the second floor who are always busy with something. It’s a decent life, and we like being part of the local community. We don't need much else besides a good set of tools and some decent weather to get things finished.
