Artree Infrastructure Private Limited

Our office is tucked away on the third floor of Neelkanth House in Shakarpur. If you’ve ever been to School Block, you know it’s a crowded area with lots of small businesses and people moving around. Being at S-524, we see a lot of the daily hustle from our windows. Artree Infrastructure Private Limited is basically a group of people working on various projects that keep us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We do infrastructure stuff, so there are always maps or blueprints lying around somewhere. It gets quite warm in the summer months, but the AC units do their job most of the time. Shakarpur is a busy hub in East Delhi, and being here makes it easy to get to different parts of the city, even if the traffic is a mess. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, and someone usually points them to the right desk. It’s a practical space for practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a place where we get our daily tasks done without much fuss. We’ve been here for a bit and know the local tea stall guys pretty well by now.
