Our office is tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, specifically in Pocket V at Flat 486. It is a quiet residential area compared to the main markets, which is nice when we are trying to focus on our drawings and plans. Arpan Infrabuild is basically just a few of us who have been in the building game for a long time. We do not have a big shiny showroom or anything like that. Instead, we spend most of our time out on sites or sitting around the table here drinking tea and talking about how to get the next project finished. Infrastructure sounds like a big word, but mostly it is just about making sure things are solid and stay up. Dealing with the paperwork in Delhi is always a bit of a headache, but we manage. We chose this spot in Mayur Vihar because it is easy for us to get to different parts of the city from here. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many people coming and going, so we try to keep things low key. It is just a regular local business. We do not use any fancy tricks, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It can be stressful when materials do not arrive on time, but we have learned to deal with the ups and downs of the construction world over the years.
