Arkol Constructionsprivate Limited

Arkol Constructions is over in the Savarkar Block of Shakarpur. We are in building 19-B, on the second floor at Office No. 206. This part of East Delhi is always humming with activity. Our office is just one of many in this block, and it’s a fairly small space. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls to make room for all the blueprints we have to look at. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so it’s always a squeeze when two people are trying to pass each other. We spend most of our time here managing construction schedules and talking to vendors. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office reflects that. It’s a place for working, not for showing off. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to look at the traffic on the street. Shakarpur is a great place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away. We’ve been at this 110092 address for a while and the locals know us. We don't have a big sales team or a marketing department. We just have a few people who know how to get things built. Most of the day is spent on the phone or writing out lists of materials. It’s a simple setup, but it’s what we need to keep our construction business running smoothly in this part of Delhi.
