Arjoi Developers Private Limited

Arjoi Developers Private Limited is based out of Vivek Vihar, over on the second floor of D-305 in Phase 1. If you’ve spent much time in East Delhi, you know how the traffic and the crowds are around here, but we’ve managed to stay in this same spot for a while. We aren’t some big, fancy firm with a lobby and a coffee machine for visitors. It’s mostly just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of talk about current building sites. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork side of development and making sure our contractors are actually doing what they said they would. It’s a pretty basic setup. We don’t really go in for those long-winded mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the desk. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and site maps, but we know where everything is, mostly. Being in Vivek Vihar is convenient enough for us to reach the places where we are working. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. We just keep our heads down and focus on the construction stuff we have going on. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do and it keeps the lights on.
