AMIT AND NITIN BUILDERS AND PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Amit and Nitin set this up in Pandav Nagar. We are on the first floor of building B 15. It's a typical office space, nothing too special. We do building work and promotions for local properties. Usually, one of us is out on a site while the other stays back to talk to people who drop by. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep. We’ve been in this part of town for quite some time. Dealing with construction means there's always a lot of paperwork and phone calls to manage. It gets noisy outside sometimes because Pandav Nagar is always moving and full of life. We mostly work on residential stuff. People ask us about layouts or how much time a job will take. We just tell them straight. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. Most days involve looking at blueprints or checking on materials like cement and bricks. It's regular work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some desks, a couple of fans, and a few guys who know how to build things. It's a small operation, really. We just keep our heads down and get the projects finished as they come in. Sometimes we have to deal with rain delays or late deliveries, but we just figure it out. That is just how the building business goes around here.
