Aja Developers Private Limited

Aja Developers Private Limited is a small shop located at S-561 on the ground floor in the School Block of Shakarpur. We’ve been operating in East Delhi for a bit now. Being in 110092 means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of maps of the local area. We don't spend time on fancy marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know how to develop property and manage construction. Shakarpur is a crowded place, so finding parking for our trucks is always a bit of a challenge. We deal with the same problems every other small business in Delhi does. Sometimes the power goes out, or the workers don't show up on time, but we manage. We aren't here to promise the world. We just want to get the building work done right so we can move on to the next one. Most of our clients are just regular folks from around here who need something built or renovated. We keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge crazy prices. You might see us grabbing tea at the local stall near the school block. We’re just part of the neighborhood. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building.
