Our company, Abhiram Estate Developers Private Limited, is located in the SFS Flats at Kondli. We have our office in Flat No 1A within Pocket-C. It is a standard residential flat that we have turned into a workspace for our estate development business. Gharoli is a busy part of the city, but the SFS area is a bit more settled. We spend our days tracking property details and managing the development of different sites we are working on. The rooms are quite full of filing cabinets and stacks of documents related to land and construction. We do not have a big lobby or any corporate decorations. It is just a simple place where we can sit down and focus on the daily grind. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for their weekly updates. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the project timelines. Finding us is easy enough once you get into Pocket-C, as most people in the flats know the numbering. We prefer this setup because it is quiet enough to think but close to the main areas where we do business. We do not spend money on fancy marketing or big offices. We just keep our heads down and handle the estate work that needs to be done every day.
