100KEYS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, 100Keys Construction Private Limited, is tucked away in the B-6 Basement at WA-121 in the Rohini Complex in Shakarpur. It is in East Delhi, not too far from the main road, but you have to look for the sign to find us. Working in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. We have our desks set up down here and a small area where we keep our construction tools and gear. It is a functional space. Shakarpur is a very busy commercial area, so there is always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out at different sites across Delhi. The office is really just our home base where we organize the keys and the plans for the houses we are working on. It is not a place with big windows or a view, but we do not mind. We are more interested in what is happening on the job sites than what is going on outside our door. The 110092 area is good for us because it is central to a lot of our projects. We are just regular people doing construction work. There are no fancy meetings here, just us figuring out how to get the next job done. We keep things simple and honest, working out of our basement spot every day.
