Bilveshwar Natural Farming Producer Company Limited is located in Bilgaon, which is part of the Shahpura area in Dindori. Our operations are based at Roop Prasad’s house. We are a small producer company that focuses on natural farming methods. It is a community-run effort, and we don't have any fancy corporate backing or investors. Our office is just a corner of the house with a table and a few stools where we meet. In a place like Bilgaon, everyone knows everyone else, so we don't need a lot of signage to tell people where we are located. We spend most of our days out in the fields or talking with the local farmers about their crops and the soil. Dindori is a rural district, and getting around to see everyone can be slow, but we make sure to visit our members as often as we can. We don't have a website or any flashy advertisements. Our business is built on face-to-face conversations and the trust we have built within the village over the years. We handle all the company paperwork ourselves, even though it can be a bit of a headache sometimes when things get busy. We are just trying to find better ways to grow food without using chemicals and to get a fair price for what we produce at the market. It is simple work but it is very important to us and our families. We take it one season at a time and just keep going.
