Our company, Bnazrum Agro Exports Pvt. Ltd., is located on Sirumalai Road in Erandalaparai, near the Reddiapatti Post in Dindigul. We are right in the heart of an area where a lot of farming happens. Our main job is to take the produce from local farms and get it ready for export. This means our facility is often crowded with sacks of vegetables or fruits. We have to spend a lot of time sorting through everything to make sure only the good stuff gets packed. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day. Dindigul is known for being quite hot, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done in the early morning hours. We are not a corporate office with a lot of staff in ties. We are mostly out in the sheds or by the loading docks. Our team knows the local crops very well because many of them come from farming families themselves. Sometimes the trucks are delayed because of the roads, and we have to wait around late into the night to get everything loaded. It is a lot of physical work and keeping track of what is coming in and going out. We do not have any fancy equipment, just the basics to help us weigh and pack the goods. It is a busy life, and we are just focused on the daily routine of moving produce.
