We have two units here on Talwara Road, Unit 1 and Unit 2. It’s on the Sirhind side of Mandi Gobindgarh. Managing two separate spaces keeps us pretty busy moving back and forth throughout the day. Madhav Stelco Pvt. Ltd. has been around this area for a bit. The road can get pretty rough with all the heavy machinery moving through, especially when it rains. We spend our time overseeing the work in both units and making sure the material is handled correctly. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and loud noises. The atmosphere is very industrial. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything. Most of the time, we are out on the floor or by the gates. There is always a truck being loaded or unloaded somewhere. It gets chaotic, but there is a rhythm to it. We know the neighbors and the local drivers who come through this part of Mandi Gobindgarh. It’s a hardworking place. Sometimes things get delayed or a machine needs fixing, and that’s just part of the routine. We focus on the actual metal and getting it moved to where it needs to go. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of what we do is physical and happens right here on Talwara Road, dealing with the daily grind of the industry.
