Our yard is right on Amloh Road, just across from Bhushan Kanda. It’s a dusty place, but that’s the steel business for you. Every morning, the trucks start rolling in, and the noise of metal hitting metal becomes the background music for the rest of the day. We’ve got stacks of iron and steel rods everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your Sunday best. Most of us here have grease on our hands by nine in the morning. Nav Durga Steel Corporation isn't about fancy offices or shiny brochures. We have a small cabin where we keep the ledgers and handle the billing, but most of the action happens outside in the yard. The sun hits the metal and makes it hot in the afternoons, so we take a long break then. We’ve been at this location for years, and we’ve seen the road change quite a bit. It’s a tough job, moving heavy loads and keeping track of inventory, but it’s what we know. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We buy steel, we sell steel, and we make sure the weights are right. People come to us because they know we’ve been here forever. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we like it that way. Just a local steel yard on a busy road.
