Jiten Steel Industries

We are based out of Plot No B-4 in the Focal Point area of Mandi Gobindgarh. If you know this part of Punjab, you know this town is all about the steel industry. Our place is right in the thick of it all. It’s a hardworking town and we feel like we fit right in. The yard is usually full of steel and there’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded somewhere nearby. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there is a lot of heavy lifting involved in a normal day's work. We’ve got a small crew here. Some of the guys live just down the road, while others have to commute in from further away. We don't spend much time in the little office; most of the day is spent out where the metal is being handled. The dust from all the industry around us gets everywhere, so we stopped worrying about keeping things perfectly spotless a long time ago. We just focus on getting the steel cut or moved or whatever the specific job calls for that day. It's a very straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work properly at our B-4 plot. The weather in Punjab gets really intense, so the summers are a bit of a struggle in the shed, but we just keep going. People know where to find us because we’ve been at this Focal Point location for a long time. It’s just an honest day’s work for the team here.
