Krishna Steel Tubes

Our yard is situated right on Amloh Road. It is a place where we handle a lot of steel tubes every single day. The work is physically demanding and heavy. In the winter the metal feels freezing to the touch and in the summer it gets hot enough to burn. We have stacks of pipes and tubes piled up all over the yard. Customers come to us when they need specific sizes for their building projects or repairs. We have large saws that we use to cut the steel down to the right length. It creates a lot of noise and sends sparks flying across the floor. We always wear thick boots and gloves because the edges of the cut steel are very sharp and dangerous. The road outside is constantly busy with trucks and traffic. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. There is just a small wooden desk where we keep our notebooks and track the orders. Most of our time is spent out in the open or under the shed with the materials. We have to keep a close eye on the stock to make sure it doesn't get too much rust on it when it rains. It is a very basic business. Someone tells us what they need and we pull it from the stack and cut it. The crane is old but it still works to lift the heaviest pieces. It is just hard work on Amloh Road.
