Rokgalactic Designs & Constructions is an OPC based in Dharwad. Our office is at H No 22, Daruka, on the 14th B Sub Main in Navodaya Nagar. Dharwad is a great place to work because it has a bit of a slower rhythm than the big metros. We focus on both the design side and the actual construction. Being an OPC means the business is run very directly. It is a personal operation where we take care of the drawings and then go out to supervise the builders. The office is in a residential area, which makes it feel very accessible and friendly. We have a desk with a computer for the design work and plenty of space for blueprints. Navodaya Nagar is a nice, clean neighborhood. We do not have a big team of architects or engineers. It is mostly a one-person show with some help on the side. We spend a lot of time traveling around Dharwad to look at materials and check on site progress. It is a lot of work for one person, but it means we know every detail of every project. We do not use any fancy jargon or corporate speak. We just explain things clearly to the people we work for. It is a simple, straightforward business. We enjoy the process of seeing a design on paper actually become a real building. It is just honest work in a good town.
