You can find Rochani Developers at S7 on Station Road. We’re located in the Malamaddi area. It’s a pretty straightforward spot to get to since it’s right on the main road. The office is small and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Being near the station means there is always a lot of movement and noise outside. We hear the trains and the people talking all day long. We mostly work on local development stuff around this part of town. It’s just a few of us in here most days. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. Just some basic desks, chairs, and the files we need for our projects. We like the neighborhood in Malamaddi. It has a good, solid feel to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and hand-written notes, but we know where everything is kept. We talk to people who come in and try to figure out what they need for their land or buildings. It’s all pretty simple. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that’s not really who we are. We are just local developers trying to make a living and build a few things along the way. Station Road is a good place to be for that kind of work. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know our faces.
