If you go up to the second floor of Eureka Corner on Koppikar Road, that’s where you’ll find Kittur Developers. We have been working out of this space for some time now. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going. Our office is tucked away at number 10. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to get the planning and the phone calls done. We focus on building projects around the area. Some days it is just quiet office work, looking at drawings or checking on materials. Other days, things are moving fast. We don't really do the flashy advertising thing. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone told them where we are located. Koppikar Road is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to stay here. We deal with the daily issues that come up with construction and land. It’s a lot of practical work, making sure things actually get finished. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do the jobs we have in front of us. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving. It's a simple operation. We show up, we look at the progress, and we talk to the people involved. That's the way it goes every week. It is just us doing what we know how to do without any fancy talk.
