Our business, Sai Sudhir Infrastructures Ltd. Hyderabad, is actually located in Navalgund, Karnataka. Specifically, we are over at Basavaraj.H. Ibrahimpur on Halapeti Oni. It’s a bit funny that the name says Hyderabad, but this is where we do all our daily work. We’ve been set up here for a while and the community knows us pretty well. Our day usually starts early because in infrastructure, you have to get ahead of the heat. We deal with various projects around the region, mostly focused on building things that last. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, look at what needs doing, and get the teams moving. The office itself is pretty plain, just a place to keep the files and have a cup of tea while we plan the next stage of a job. Being in Navalgund means we are a bit away from the huge city rush, which actually makes things easier in some ways. We know our suppliers and we know the local workers. It makes the whole process feel more like a community effort than just a cold business transaction. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking or a delivery being late, but we just figure it out and keep moving. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just workers who know how to build things and want to do a decent job for people who need them.
