Tanglin Developments Limited

We are based in Dharwad, which is a bit of a quieter city compared to Bangalore, but we like it that way. Our office is through Sushilendra K Nadgoudar. Karnataka is a beautiful state, and being up here in the northern part gives us a different perspective on things. Tanglin Developments is the name on the door. We spend most of our time looking at plans and dealing with the local authorities. It is not the kind of place where people wear ties every day. Most of us just wear plain shirts and get on with it. The office is a bit cluttered with maps and old files, but we know where everything is. The weather here is usually decent, though it gets quite dry in the summer. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea about four times a day. People in Dharwad are generally friendly, so we end up chatting with the postman or the neighbors quite a bit. It is a slow and steady kind of work. We aren't looking to become some massive empire overnight. We just want to finish the projects we started and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we work Sundays too if a project is nearing the end. It is a simple life and we enjoy the rhythm of the city around us.
