One City Homes

You can find us at 406C in Shastri Nagar, Dharwad. One City Homes is basically a local operation run out of this address. Dharwad is a nice place to be, and Shastri Nagar is a fairly established part of the city. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at. It is just a workspace where we manage the various homes and properties we deal with. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office supplies scattered around. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for a place to live or trying to sell where they are now. It involves a lot of walking around the neighborhood and knowing which streets are quiet and which ones get a lot of noise. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems. We just keep track of things the old-fashioned way and try to stay on top of the local market. The weather in Dharwad can get quite hot, so we usually have the fans going all day long. It's a simple life here in the office. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to do our job in Shastri Nagar and help out the people who come through our door. Sometimes we have a cup of tea and just chat about the local news. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way.
