Empire Estate Developer is located on Lamington Road in the Kishapoor area, specifically on Citypath. This part of town is usually quite busy, and Lamington Road is a place where you can find almost anything if you look long enough. Our office is a simple place where we manage various building and development projects. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building; we are just a team of people who know how to handle the logistics of construction and land. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints, samples of flooring, and coffee cups. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and our afternoons dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with being a developer. Kishapoor has its own local feel, and we’ve tried to fit in with the community over the years. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy pitches when people come to talk to us about a project. Usually, we just sit down and look at the drawings together. The phone rings a lot with calls from contractors or suppliers, and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down, stay busy with the task at hand, and try to get the buildings finished without too much delay or too many unnecessary complications.
