Confident Groups

We’re located at H.No 66/1 in Mangalwar Pet, which is over in Dharwad. The place is actually under DO Sushilendra.K.Nadgoudar, and we’ve been using this house as our base for Confident Groups for some time now. Dharwad is a nice place, it’s got its own pace, much slower than the big cities like Bangalore. Being in the 580001 area means we’re pretty central to everything in town. Mangalwar Pet is a regular neighborhood, so you’ll see kids playing and neighbors talking while we’re inside working. The house is an old one, with thick walls and that specific smell of an older building. We haven’t changed much about it. We just brought in our computers and desks and got to work. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have any marketing materials lying around or a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just do the work that needs doing every day. Karnataka weather can be a bit much, but the house stays relatively cool. Sometimes we sit out on the porch for a minute to get some air. It’s a local business through and through, run by local people. We don’t feel the need to act like a big corporation. We just like our little corner in Mangalwar Pet and the people we see every day on the street. It’s simple, it’s homey, and it works perfectly for what we do here in this part of India.
